You just returned home from your three-week stay at OHI San Diego or OHI Austin and now you’re wondering…how am I going to incorporate all that I learned into my busy daily life?

Fear not, my friend! With these practical tips, you can bring the knowledge home and start your journey towards a healthier, happier life, no matter where you are. Here are some tips to get you started:

  1. Start small: Begin with simple changes, like incorporating more plant-based meals, reducing sugar intake, and staying hydrated. Make sustainable choices that you can maintain in the long run.
  2. Prioritize self-care: Schedule time for yourself each day to relax, practice Alpha, stretch, and practice self-love. Whether it's a warm bath, a good book, or a walk outside, make self-care a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.
  3. Focus on whole foods: Emphasize whole, unprocessed foods in your diet, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Aim for a variety of colors on your plate to ensure you're getting a range of nutrients.
