Our Holistic Retreat
Optimum Health Institute (OHI) offers a holistic program designed to support wellness on every level—body, mind, and spirit. Each experience is created to guide you back to balance and leave you feeling inspired, clear, and recharged.
Physical Health
OHI Stockton’s program focuses on supporting your body’s natural detoxification and healing. Guests are served organic, raw, plant-based meals, paired with herbal teas and cleansing beverages to restore energy and vitality.
Movement classes such as stretching, gentle yoga, and breathwork complement the detox process, enhancing circulation and relieving tension.
Through hands-on classes, you’ll also learn the principles of optimal digestion, hydration, and sustainable wellness, empowering you to maintain healthy habits after your stay.
Mental Health
Mental wellness is nurtured through journaling, mindfulness exercises, and guided reflection. These practices help clear the mind and support emotional strength.
Group discussions and intimate class settings create a safe space for sharing, exploring, and releasing limiting thoughts and patterns. The tools you gain here can be carried forward to support clarity and resilience in daily life.
Spiritual Health
Spiritual development is a key pillar of the OHI experience. Guided by reflection, meditation, and non-denominational Christian teachings, guests are invited to deepen their sense of connection and purpose.
Whether you arrive seeking clarity or simply peace of mind, OHI Stockton offers a gentle, inclusive space for spiritual renewal—welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️

I love OHI, there is no better way to renew your health and well being. This is so much more than a place to cleanse with a healthy diet and exercise program. The facilitators are all top notch and your life will be changed for the better when you chose this retreat.
