Our Holistic Retreat
Optimum Health Institute (OHI) offers a complete wellness program designed to guide you toward physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Each class is carefully designed to support lasting change and growth, with Sacramento offering the perfect setting for your retreat.
Physical Health
Our detox program is designed to help the body release toxins, restore energy, and encourage natural healing. The foundation of this program includes nutrient-dense, raw, plant-based meals and herbal teas that work in harmony with the body’s cleansing systems.
Daily movement is encouraged with light yoga, stretching, and breathwork practices that promote circulation and reduce stress. These activities enhance the detox process and allow for a deeper mind-body connection.
Workshops and educational sessions cover topics such as fasting, hydration, and toxin-free living. Led by knowledgeable instructors, these classes provide the tools and knowledge you need to support your health beyond your time at the retreat.
Mental Health
At OHI Sacramento, our emotional wellness classes support mental clarity and help you find a deeper sense of peace. Whether you're working through stress or seeking tools to manage your emotional health, our program offers compassionate guidance and community support.
Guests engage in group discussions, mindfulness activities, and one-on-one support to process thoughts and emotions in a safe, healing space. These moments of connection provide emotional grounding and encouragement.
The retreat’s nutritional plan also supports brain function and mood balance. Participants learn how food directly impacts emotional health and how to use nutrition to support mental wellness.
Educational sessions on stress reduction, emotional awareness, and mindfulness help guests build habits that continue long after the retreat ends.
Spiritual Health
Spiritual healing is a vital part of our holistic model. Our spiritual classes are designed to help you reconnect with purpose and inner peace through practices like prayer, meditation, and gratitude.
Though rooted in non-denominational Christian teachings, OHI welcomes individuals from all spiritual paths. Everyone is encouraged to explore their beliefs in a way that feels personal, respectful, and meaningful.
Whether you’re seeking spiritual clarity or simply a space to reflect, the classes at OHI Sacramento offer an opportunity to grow, heal, and rediscover your connection to what matters most.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
