Our Holistic Retreat
At Optimum Health Institute (OHI), we offer a full range of classes designed to support whole-person healing and inner transformation. Every element of our program is guided by a commitment to mind-body-spirit balance. Our peaceful Lubbock campus offers the ideal space to restore and reflect.
Physical Health
OHI’s detox program encourages the release of toxins through a natural, comprehensive process. You’ll nourish your body with fresh, raw, plant-based meals, cold-pressed juices, and herbal teas, all designed to energize cells and promote deep healing.
Movement is an essential part of our program. Daily options such as stretching, walking, and gentle exercise support circulation, digestion, and detoxification. Guided meditation and breathwork further calm the body and focus the mind.
Educational sessions offer insight into fasting, food combining, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle after leaving OHI. These lessons, taught by experienced instructors, give you the tools to make lasting changes long after your retreat ends.
Mental Health
Our program supports mental clarity and emotional balance through integrative, hands-on practices. We offer tools to address stress, anxiety, and inner overwhelm through mindfulness and guided self-inquiry.
Participants explore journaling, meditation, and group sharing to foster resilience and connection. Emotional well-being is supported through community, allowing you to be seen and heard in a nonjudgmental space.
Nutrition also plays a key role. Our plant-based meals are designed to stabilize mood and sharpen focus, while educational talks explore the brain-gut connection and the power of conscious nourishment.
Mental health classes focus on stress awareness, mindful thinking, and the tools needed to build a more centered, grounded life.
Spiritual Health
Spiritual growth is an integral part of the OHI journey. Through prayer, reflection, and gratitude practices, guests are invited to reconnect with their inner self and divine guidance.
While rooted in non-denominational Christian values, our spiritual offerings welcome people from all backgrounds. Classes focus on practices such as silent meditation, intention setting, and forgiveness work.
At OHI Lubbock, every spiritual class invites meaningful self-reflection. You’ll leave with not only a stronger sense of health, but also a clearer sense of purpose and peace.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
