Our Holistic Retreat
Optimum Health Institute (OHI) offers a complete program of classes and activities designed to promote personal growth and overall wellness. Each class supports different aspects of healing, with our Fresno location offering the ideal environment for rest, discovery, and lasting transformation.
Physical Health
Our detox classes are at the core of the OHI experience, guiding participants through a gentle yet effective cleansing process that supports both physical and emotional renewal.
The program includes a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet focused on raw and living foods, herbal teas, and fresh juices. These carefully chosen items work with the body’s natural systems to flush toxins, promote regeneration, and boost energy levels.
Physical activity is another key part of the process. Guests participate in gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement to stimulate circulation and reduce stress. These practices work together to support overall well-being during and after the detox.
Our workshops cover essential topics like hydration, fasting, and toxin reduction, helping guests understand how to maintain healthy habits long-term. Led by experienced instructors, each class offers guidance and insight that can be applied far beyond your time at the retreat.
Mental Health
Emotional wellness is just as important as physical health. At OHI Fresno, our mental health classes aim to relieve stress, promote emotional clarity, and help you better understand your inner self.
Through individual support, group sessions, and mindfulness techniques, guests are given space to explore their emotions in a safe, non-judgmental environment. These tools support deeper healing and provide strength to manage challenges beyond the retreat.
A plant-based diet rich in nutrients plays a vital role in stabilizing mood and supporting cognitive health. Our team also provides educational classes that explain how food impacts brain function and emotional balance.
From stress management tools to mindfulness training, the resources offered at OHI Fresno give guests the support they need to feel more present, grounded, and emotionally connected.
Spiritual Health
To experience complete healing, spiritual well-being must also be addressed. Our spiritual classes guide guests through practices that promote gratitude, prayer, and inner reflection.
Though OHI is a non-denominational Christian healing ministry, people of all beliefs and backgrounds are welcome. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where every guest feels supported on their spiritual path.
Whether you’re new to spiritual exploration or looking to deepen your connection, our classes offer moments of stillness and discovery that help renew your spirit and bring greater meaning to your wellness journey.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
