Our Holistic Retreat
At Optimum Health Institute (OHI), our classes are designed to promote healing and personal transformation. Each session supports your overall well-being, encouraging balance and renewal. Our Fort Worth location provides a calming space to support every step of your journey.
Physical Health
Our detox classes form the foundation of our healing program, helping guests release physical toxins while nourishing the body and mind.
Through a nutrient-rich, plant-based diet made of raw, living foods, fresh juices, and herbal teas, your body receives the support it needs to cleanse and restore balance.
Daily movement practices, including yoga and light exercise, promote circulation and relaxation while supporting lymphatic drainage. Meditation and breathwork help clear the mind and enhance clarity.
We also provide educational workshops that explore fasting, hydration, and other long-term wellness tools. Experienced instructors guide you through the process and offer practical insights for lasting health.
Mental Health
OHI’s mental health classes are designed to foster clarity, resilience, and emotional balance. Through supportive practices and an integrative approach, you’ll work to overcome stress and emotional roadblocks.
Activities such as group sharing, guided meditation, and journaling allow for deep introspection and connection. The safe, non-judgmental environment encourages openness and healing.
You’ll also explore the connection between diet and mental health, with nutrition plans crafted to support mood, brain health, and emotional regulation.
Educational sessions equip you with tools for managing anxiety, setting boundaries, and cultivating inner peace — all within a supportive community.
Spiritual Health
At OHI, we believe spiritual wellness is essential to full healing. Our spiritual health classes include prayer, meditation, and practices centered on gratitude.
As a non-denominational Christian healing ministry, we welcome individuals from all religious and spiritual backgrounds.
Our Fort Worth classes are designed to help you reconnect with your spirit, no matter your faith. You'll gain the space and tools to find strength, inspiration, and peace from within.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
