Our Holistic Retreat
At Optimum Health Institute (OHI), our classes are designed to promote whole-person wellness. Each program supports the body, mind, and spirit for a comprehensive approach to healing. Our peaceful Dallas setting allows guests to focus deeply on their health journey.
Physical Health
Our detox classes combine nutritional guidance, movement, and education to support your body’s natural ability to eliminate toxins. Guests follow a plant-based, raw food meal plan with juices and herbal teas that nourish and restore.
Daily practices like yoga, stretching, and walking encourage physical circulation and detoxification. These are paired with breathing exercises and mindfulness sessions to create a well-rounded experience.
Workshops help guests understand the importance of hydration, fasting, and healthy digestion, offering strategies to continue detox support at home.
Mental Health
Our mental health programming emphasizes emotional wellness and clarity. Through one-on-one support, group therapy, and guided meditation, guests can address emotional blocks and build resilience.
A brain-supportive diet, full of nutrient-rich plant foods, supports mood and cognitive function. Classes also teach stress management and coping techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
Led by mental health professionals, our sessions offer practical tools and insight tailored to individual needs.
Spiritual Health
True healing includes spiritual restoration. Our spiritual classes focus on prayer, gratitude, and reflection, offering moments of peace and connection.
OHI is a non-denominational Christian ministry. However, our retreat welcomes individuals of all faiths or spiritual paths. Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where every guest feels empowered and supported.
At OHI Dallas, every class is part of a larger journey toward whole-body wellness.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
