Our Holistic Retreat
At Optimum Health Institute (OHI), our program offers a complete approach to healing and transformation—addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellness. Each class and experience is thoughtfully designed to help you restore balance, gain insight, and return home renewed.
Physical Health
OHI Anaheim’s wellness program supports the body’s natural ability to detoxify and heal. Guests enjoy organic, raw, plant-based meals, along with cleansing beverages and herbal teas that promote vitality and clarity.
Physical wellness continues with gentle movement, yoga, stretching, and breathwork—all aimed at reducing tension, improving circulation, and supporting the body’s systems. Each activity complements the detox process and helps increase energy and focus.
Educational sessions provide guidance on natural health, hydration, digestion, and sustainable self-care. These teachings empower you with the knowledge to continue healthy habits beyond your time at the retreat.
Mental Health
Our mental wellness program helps guests explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a nurturing space. Guided journaling, visualization, mindfulness practices, and small group sharing promote mental clarity and emotional strength.
Classes are led in a peaceful, supportive setting that encourages openness, insight, and acceptance. Whether you're managing stress, seeking clarity, or letting go of emotional burdens, our program helps you cultivate resilience and inner calm.
You’ll leave with practical tools to support ongoing mental wellness in daily life.
Spiritual Health
Spiritual growth is a vital part of the OHI experience. Through practices such as reflection, meditation, and gratitude, guests are encouraged to deepen their inner connection and renew their sense of purpose.
OHI is a non-denominational Christian healing ministry that welcomes people of all beliefs. The spiritual path here is about openness, healing, and returning to a place of inner peace and truth.
This nurturing environment allows you to explore spirituality in your own way—guided by compassion, mindfulness, and a desire to live in alignment with your highest self.

What Guests Are Saying
From the staff, excellent program, and the wonderful grounds, OHI is where I go to reset and heal. The friends you make last a long time. This was my first time to the Austin campus. I had been to San Diego twice before. I think Austin is now my favorite. You can’t beat the walking paths. I really can’t say enough. THANK YOU Austin OHI. I had a lovely experience. ❤️❤️
