Job Description

Free Sacred Trinity Church is looking for a full-time Facilitator III to work at Optimum Health Institute (OHI) San Diego, located in Lemon Grove, to deliver inspirational teachings that empower guests with the tools and knowledge to make positive and profound life transformations. This position will ensure that the body, mind and spirit curriculum of the Free Sacred Trinity Church is delivered to our guests in a professional and caring manner and in adherence with the Church's mission, guiding principles and core values. This position requires a 40% focus on facilitating classes and spiritual activities, a 35% focus on developing programs, materials, and related projects, and a 25% focus on counseling guests.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of education, psychology, social work, ministry, counseling, holistic health, nutrition, nursing or a related field.
  • Three years’ experience in formal classroom training, facilitating adult classes (10-50 attendees), to include creating, developing, and maintaining instructional materials, guides, handouts, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, theory and application preferably in a faith-based, non-profit or healthcare organization.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
