Exercise
This class consists of gentle stretching, walking and isometrics. The exercises have been developed specifically to assist the detoxification process, quiet the mind and relax the body.
Circle Time
Prayer circles are held daily prior to meals. With inspirational readings and a focus on OHI’s word for the day, guests and adherents come together in fellowship.
Personal Time
Time is provided each day for guests and adherents to spend in their rooms, the garden, meditation room or chapel to reflect on their purpose in life and on opportunities for healing.

Implementing the Program
First week guests and adherents are introduced to the basic equipment needed for a raw food diet, including juicers and dehydrators. They also learn how to make the necessary lifestyle changes to continue the dietary aspects of the OHI program.
Menu Planning
Second week guests and adherents review the program and get practical tips for following the diet when they return home.
Conscious Breathing II
Third week guests and adherents discuss and experience the gifts of using breathing techniques as a spiritual discipline supporting the healing process.
Hands-on Wheatgrass
First week guests and adherents are instructed in the wheatgrass growing process in order to grow their own upon returning home.
Entrees & Buffet Preparation
In an act of service, third week guests and adherents provide a gift of healing foods to second week guests and adherents.
Organic Gardening
Second week guests and adherents learn how to prepare organic soil and receive practical tips for organic gardening, including chemical-free pest control.
