OHI Austin

The OHI Austin mission is off the beaten path in a wooded, rural setting in central Texas. Guests and adherents escape the hectic, secular world for a secluded safe place where they can connect with nature, and bask in the support and encouragement of a close-knit team of facilitators and missionaries. Small class sizes mean extra personal attention, and an opportunity to forge strong, lasting friendships with like-minded people.

Austin Facilities

OHI Austin is 16 miles east of Austin and within 20 minutes of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The tranquil retreat consists of a main building with 24 bedrooms and a Great Room with a huge fireplace nestled on 14 wooded acres. Each week 34 guests and two missionaries take a break from the secular world, and focus attention inward, on themselves. Between classes, guests and adherents can relax in the pool and hot tub, or enjoy walking meditations along the peaceful wooded trails.
