Scholarships
Optimum Health Institute, a healing ministry of the Free Sacred Trinity Church, in the spirit of generosity, offers a second and third week Scholarship program for those who have special circumstances and are in need of healing holistically (mind, body and spirit). The purpose of the scholarship fund is to make the OHI program available to those in great need.
The requirements are as follows:
1. The first week (in a shared room) must be paid for by the guest. This is done to ensure that the program at OHI is right for you.
2. At least two weeks prior to arrival at OHI the following 3 things must be submitted to:

a. Scholarship Application Form — (Click HERE to Download)
b. Proof of financial hardship.
c. Licensed physician's diagnosis and prognosis. This must be submitted on the physician's letterhead, include your physician's license number, and clearly specify that your health opportunity is "life-threatening".
If you are awarded a scholarship, it will pay for the second week of the program in a shared room. The scholarship can only be used in consecutive weeks, meaning that you would complete your first week and the scholarship would pay for you to complete the second week of the program in the very next week. Once here at OHI, you can re-apply in person for an additional scholarship for the 3rd week of the program. Persons who have previously taken the three week program at OHI are not eligible for scholarship.
When awarded a scholarship we respectfully request that that information be held in confidence while on campus, as not all applicants will be granted scholarships. Donations to the Scholarship Fund:
Through years of generous donations, hundreds of people have been able to experience positive healing transformation in mind, body, and spirit. If you wish to donate to the scholarship fund, checks can be mailed directly to the above addresses or you may contact Optimum Health Institute directly to donate by credit card. We are a non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductible. Please specify that you wish for your donation to go to the Scholarship Fund.
